Our Heart-to-Bark™ Workshop is a collaborative and interactive workshop where we strive to learn more about your company, your core values, your customers, and your goals. The workshop is divided into four parts:
1. the heartwood
Who you are guides you, and understanding yourself is vital to a successful brand strategy. During this first step, you will gain clarity about who you are, what your core-values are, and your vision.
2. the SAPWOOD
Your business could not survive without its clients. During this exercise, you will gain a deeper understanding of your customer’s personality, story, ambitions, needs, and preferences so that we know how to get them to choose your brand.
3. the CAMBIUM
Goals motivate you to keep working and grow. In this third step, we will ideate, outline, and prioritize actionable strategies that will help increase efficiency, awareness, revenue, and delight, to help you reach your goals.
4. the BARK
A brand is, as described by Marty Neumeier, a “gut feeling that a person has about a product, service, or organization.” This feeling can be shaped by the way your brand looks, feels, thinks, speaks, sounds, tastes, and smells. Following our Heart-to-Bark™ workshop, we'll assemble a team to create a brand identity that will grow alongside you and endure the test of time.
